Spoke to agent on same day as ticket was not received, agent inform me that ticket has been canceled by them and 100% refund will be initiate and revert in account within 10-15 Bussiness / working days . After that no response from Travolook ([protected], mail id [protected]@travolook.in).

PNR No. VN3ZGQ this ticket was deliver and travel completed . It means Travolook is authorised by Operator (Indigo)
