Return ticket( Mum-LKO-Mum ) has been booked on 28-Sep 2020 from Travolook (www.travolook.in) Following Tickets Not delivered, with PNR. Mum-LKO- Indigo 6E-5317 -15th Nov, 13:15 & LKO- Mum GoAir G8-419 - 26th Nov, 18:30 1: Sarvesh Mishra (REF[protected] Paid -₹-7439/- 2: Aayush Mishra (REF[protected] Paid-₹ 7439/- 3:Deepa Mishra. (REF[protected] Paid - ₹7409/- 4:Adrija Mishra. (REF[protected] Paid -₹ 7409/- Spoke to agent on same day as ticket was not received, agent inform me that ticket has been canceled by them and 100% refund will be initiate and revert in account within 10-15 Bussiness / working days . After that no response from Travolook ([protected], mail id [protected]@travolook.in). Where as Traveller Name : Shristi Mishra Ticket Mum-LKO- Indigo 6E-5317 -booked 28 sept 20, travel date 7th oct 2020 14:00 Hr. PNR No. VN3ZGQ this ticket was deliver and travel completed . Verified Support Oct 27, 2020 IndiGo Customer Care's response Mr Mishra, We are sad to know about the hassle you must be going through but we couldn't locate your booking for the 15th November'20 flight from Mumbai to Lucknow.
