I am a frequent flyer with Indigo. On 19May17 despite paying up for return flight for Son Apurv Negi Ddun to Hyd, onward 12Jun17 n return on 06Aug17, the tkt was not generated due to Server problem, I was forced to rebook at an additional escalated cost, mine is a defence pack, request refund Rs 399/-, additionally charged to me now on account o[censored]r server problem (Rs8203/- - Rs 7804/-).
