Dear sir's,
I am a frequent flyer of your air lines and will keep flying even though you fail to act on my grievances.
Please find attached the pir for 6e - 623 dt[protected] for breakage of checking luggage. I have lost the suitcase, important docs, damaged cloths but your organization failed to act on this. The only response i got is " as this bag is under warrenty, passenger will get it replaced from showroom". How ridiculous this response is from a reputed organization like indigo.
I am also a senior journalist working for a national tv channel. I am surprised and shocked by your procedure of handling damage compensation process.
I want a correct response with a copy of your sop on the customer readdressal.
It is more than 10 days and no response from your end, which is also alarming.
Hope you will act on my complaint and arrange for appropriate compensation.
