Indigo Airlines — Broken luggage

This fraud airlines company broke 4 different parts of my bag and call it simple wear and tear. They don't have common sense that breaking a bag from 4 different places doesn't come under simple wear and tear. Now need Rs. 3000 of the baf as cash and not flight ticket discount coupon. Now company is offering me Rs. 500 which I have already rejected.
