The airhostess did not close the lid of the hotwater cup properly and I got second degree burn on my abdomen has now left a scar.
I sat in the airline - they had no ice only coke cans and juice packets to put on me. I visited the clinic at the maa airport and had it dressed with silver nitrate cream. This was very painful for a mistake on your flight. I wish to have atleast a reimbursment on this journey - I swore not to fly Indigo ever again. The check in counter lady was rude, I am a teacher need to carry books, she charged me additional 1000 rupees.
I am dissapointed that no one followed up on my complaint and I am now writing to you here.
