[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — cancellation charges

I have booked a ticket from indigo's app (Pnr 6e 614) the flight is after 3 days but due to some reason has to cancel it. So i called up within 15 to 20minutes to customer service care to cancel the ticket, but i have been informed of 3000rs cancellations charges wherein i have red all the 3 terms and conditions which was given and mentioned in my flight ticket and didn't see any kind of cancellation charges, and the person from customer service trying to redirect me to the page of indigo website so i have asked for ticket along with all the cancellation charges which is mentioned for my ticket. However i have not received any email yet.
My concern is, where this cancellation charges comes from? And why isn't there any information in terms and conditions? Had it been mentioned clearly i wouldn't mind for it but without any information why do you ask for cancellation charges? Specially when the person is asking immediately to cancel it? This is very sad and not happy about it at all. The way i have been informed and the way of your hidden charges because as far as i know every flight ticket has their own terms and conditions (Followed by basic policy) according to the demands.

We would like to inform you that for domestic flights cancellation charges per passenger per flight is INR 3000 or base fare plus fuel surcharges whichever is less and balance is refundable to the passenger. Our policy is designed in a way, to give our customers the freedom to cancel their travel plans according to their own convenience. We do understand that exigencies can occur at any point of time and therefore we allow you the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a reservation up to two hours prior to the scheduled departure time for domestic flights.
