Dear Indigo,
I had tweeted @IndigoGo6E from the address @aloksri1964 about the cancellation policy and got a reply on 17th Jan, 2018 at 9.19 am that i should write to Indigo and they will look into my complaint.
Attached please find ticket booked through Make my trip with booking id - NF [protected] for a Delhi - Lucknow flight. PNR number is FEJEQT. Name of passenger is Sneh Lata Srivastava. Date of Journey is 22/01/18.
The ticket clearly shows that if i cancel between 1 day - 365 day days Airline will deduct Rs 650 and Make my trip will deduct Rs 300. It means a total of Rs 950 will be deducted from my ticket price of Rs 2255 and i will get a refund of Rs 1305. But to my surprise when i tried to cancel the ticket the website shows 0 refund.The ticket as well as the screen shot of the website showing 0 cancellation is attached.
Please reply on my mail id aloksrivastava.[protected]@gamail.com before 20th Jan so that i can cancel my ticket on time and get my due refund.
