On 14th night i came from lucknow by indigo flight to delhi on 14th dec, 2016 at about 11.50pm. Through out the day on 14th dec, 2016 i was receiving messages that the flght is delayed. On 15th dec, 2016 at about 00.10 hrs when i went to checkin counter, i was informed that the flight is cancelled. No alternate flight was arranged but was asked to take indo-canadian bus from t3 terminal. I was told that i should pay for the ticket. When i went to bus they told me that i should pay in cash and card is not acceptable.in these days of demonitization it is very difficult to get cash from atms and i had only 3500 rs with me and there was no atm with cash nearby. I was forced to buy bus ticket with my meagre cash. I have proceeded to ludhiana where i am on official work. Now as my cash has gone for bus ticket, instead of attending to official work i have to be in atm queue hunting for cash in a alien place. This is the worst experience i faced in my life. Next time i will not travel by your airlines and will advice my friends so Was this information helpful? |
