We have booked the indigo flight with PNR NO-XFKETL, flight 6E-634 from patna to Kolkata at morning 9:45 and connecting flight 6E 455 from kolkata to Dibrugarh at afternoon 1220 on same 20 Dec 20. It came in my notice that this flight got cancelled and alternate flight is booked from airlines side which is scheduled from patna to delhi at 2120 and this reaches delhi at 2330 in night and connecting flight from delhi to dibrugarh at 0620 on the next day 21 Dec 20 along with overnight layovers more than 0730 hrs in delhi. When I contacted the customer care for reasons behind this, they didn't confirm any specific reason, they are talking about full refund. But we have to reach dibrugarh before day night itself on 20 Dec 20. We won't be able to do this during this covid situations going out in the night time for accomodation and that to staying at our own cost outside. I expect indigo airlines to feel the responsibility of reschedule and any additional charges shall be payed by indigo due to cancelling and rescheduling, including the accomodation with safety precautions...
