Myself an engineering studying student has booked my ticket in indigo airlines with Reference number is D59CXS.I here by want to file a complaint a file on the indigo airlines for the following reasons:
I was on to the counter before 55 min of the departure and one of the staff requested me to take borading pass from an automatic control system and i didnt get in it, which has a waste of my time . I again went to the main counter which has a normal que and had a little bit of wasted time.Now finally, after showing my ticket in the counter, she checked for a couple of minutes, which also wasted my time and sent me to another counter.She finally said that you are not in time and the departure is closed but i saw the status of the flight isnt yet started boarding.I tried to explain how difficulty i came here and my problems but nobody bothered about that. They gave me an option of choosing next flight before 41 minutes of my departure which is shown in photo proof. I kindly request you to take action and punish the people for their neglegence and showing very careless in the early morning and get me my back the money which i spent in that travel.
