Me and a friend of mine have an exam tomorrow n we were suppose to be boarding an indigo flight today. The flight was scheduled at 12.25pm which was re scheduled then at 11.50am. we came to the check in line at 10.25 and was still there till 11.10am. The bad management you have of managing your customers. No decency and no proper line management. anybody is pushed forward. No announcements for the emergency check in. We reached the counter for check in at 11.15 and the answer we get is that the flight is closed for passengers and there's nothing they can do. 45-50mins before you don't let us enter!! And just us there were few more people who were dealing with the same issue. Nobody even came forward to call for the flight. We waited enough there people! We had to reschedule our flight which was highly inconvenient and disappointing. We are students who travel on a regular basis but this type of behaviour has never happened before. You people should be ashamed. You people have no customer care values. The employees were laughing there while we were dealing with the situation. No body was even bothered to help us around, You're airlines is pathetic and i am going to put this in as many places as i can. You people have no respect for customers and the casual attitude is very disappointing. I'll recommend everyone never to book flights with you again.
