This is to register a complaint that we were charged twice
for a ticket we booked to travel from Delhi to Ahmedabad.

We travel with you frequently but this has been a very bad
experience.
We booked this ticket and made payment over the phone on the
14th of June. The customer service stated that day that though the
payment has been made it is not reflecting on your system and it shall reflect
in 24 hours.
On the date of the journey, we were informed that the
payment is still not processed and that we will need to pay agian. We paid
using a debit card. Later we were informed that this will be reverted and the
customer service at the Airport issued a voice sale slip.
However we have not received any credit.
