I had booking on 29th of june in indigo flight no. 6e509 indigo (06:05 in morning), and as rules say check in before 45 mins prior of departure, i was at check in counter and yet 45 mins weren't over (At airport it was huge rush, and it took me around 20 mins to in line itself to get me into airport then i was standing in check in line and took another 5-7 mins and yet there was still 5 mins and exactly 05:12 i was standing on check in counter and as rules provided by airline there was still time to cover my check in) and their staff denied check in and said, flight is boarding. And there was 7-8 people also there who had same issue, and there manager and supervisor to left spot so we couldn't questioned them and their staff send us to reservation counter saying that they could solve our problems and at reservation counter their personnel said you should had talk to check in counter itself to solve this issue, now i cannot do anything and you have to pay extra charges to board next flight and these extra charges were more than my ticket values itself, i registered complain regarding this issue to airline complaint forum too, but no conclusion provided by them yet.
