At the outset, I would like to thank Indigo for excellent services, I always preferred domestic travel with Indigo as your services are one of the best in India.
In-addendum, I would like to share my today's experience with your Delhi Airport team. I normally do the web-check-in for my travel. Today, I tried for web check-in early in the morning and it was not working. However, it was my failure that I could not reach at Indigo counter on time and I was hardly 2 - 3 minutes delay for check-in. I reached @ 4:48 am (approx.) and my flight PNR number was Z5VC3S. I requested (Ms. Reena) to do a favor and she bluntly refused my request and she said “whatever, I told you that is final". I requested her to manage my booking to any other flight so that I could reach Bangalore @ 10:00 am or so, she refused to give me any kind of assistance and offered me other flight 10 hours ahead, it was not good option for me as my returning flight from BLR -DEL was in the evening @ 8:50 pm
I could appreciate your team if it would helped me in more sincere way and assisted me in more positive way as I had the urgency to reach Bangalore . I would like to request you to compensate my monetary loss.
