Respected Sir,
We booked 6 tickets of flight from Chandigarh to Srinagar on 03/01/2015 and returned on 07/01/2015 (details are given below). This flight was cancelled at 2/01/2015 at evening 5.00 p.m. then we called the customer care number (you can called customer harassment number) [protected], they said that due to weather the flight was cancelled. I want the weather report for the same. After one hour long discussions with customer care executive Mr. Jatin, he gives me option that you can take flight from Delhi. We have no choice then we agreed.
Urgently we had to rush from Chandigarh to Delhi by hiring Taxi and stay at hotel. In 3/1/2015 morning we talked to your customer relation supervisor Mr. Ajit at Delhi airport. He neither cooperated nor showed us his Employee Id number.
Then we talk to Mr. Gagandeep Duty Mangar Customer relation at counter No F01 delhi airport at 10:40 a.m. and demanded the Travailing allowance, Daily Allowance and lodging expenses. He said that it’s out of his power and give me your customer relation email id. Please look it into this matter and solve our problems
