I blocked 3 tickets over telephone on dated 04.05.2015 for journey on dated 20.05.2015 from Mumbai to Patna flight no 6E 178 departure time 09:30am. At the time of blocking the seats for me, my husband and 03 years old child, the person attending the call has clearly conveyed the age of child. On the journey date I had been made surprised by boarding pass issuing staff that you have been allotted two seats at emergency exit middle of the flight where journey may not be allowed to a child. However, I have been assured some arrangement will be made and had been suggested to contact Indigo person at the time of final entry for flight. On that point again I had been made shocked when I had been told by a senior lady crew staff of indigo that you and your husband are allotted seats at emergency exit point and your 3 years old child at seat no 1B that was at least 12 rows far from our seats. When I objected who will care to my little child I have been simply told otherwise, you will not be allowed for journey.
I am a frequent flyer especially by Indigo Airlines, but this was the first time I had seen quite unhuman, non-sensible, unprofessional face of indigo staff. They not only created big tension to me but also compelled to feel ashamed before my family. Thanks to wonderful team of indigo for arrangement of such type of memorable trip.
Kindly, take necessary steps so that no such type of situation may arise before another indigo passengers in future. Was this information helpful? |
