Indigo Airlines — Complaint about the inflight services

This is Abdul Wahab Shaikh a frequent indigo passenger would like to complaint about the awful experience I ever had . I was travelling along with my family from Kolkata to Nagpur dated on 24-Nov-16 with the flight number: 6E404 which departs at 17.55 from Kolkata. it’s actually about the awful behavior of flight attendant named Nilam Rahtod. She was really rude, irresponsible, negligent and novice as well. Now let tell you the complete story…..
I had to came back to Nagpur all the way from Andaman to attend the funeral and hence I was in a jiffy and i was sitting in the 11th row having the seat No: 11c and as I was already late for the funeral procession and hence I had to depart at the earliest and regarding the same I had a word with the rest of the staff and they agreed. when the flight was about to land on Nagpur airport the so called flight attendant Nilam Rathod announced the airport as “MAHARANA PRATAP AIRPORT” and along with me other passengers were also argued on this weird announcement. I humbly requested the other passengers those were ahead of me to pass through they also obliged and however flight attendant Nilam Rathod started arguing and talking to me as if I am her slave, she insulted me in front of my whole family and the rest of the passengers. Comparatively VISTARA is good atleast they understood my situation and allowed me to depart at the earliest even though I was sitting in the last row.
I think she is not aware of the customer service, is it a customer service?
Is it a service that I am paying for?
Do you people practice such an awful service?
I am extremely disappointed and felt insulted at that point in time. Already I was in grief and on the top of that this experience shaken me badly. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. If this continues I have to look for another service provider and will make sure that I must not travel with indigo. I need a call back for the inconvenience and the stringent action against the flight attendant “NILAM RATHOD” otherwise I will propagate the same on the social media and will also recommend others not to travel with Indigo and will lodge a complaint in consumer forum as well.
