Feedback tb4z9m comments:sorry to say that there was no girl power!!! I boarded the flight at 11.15am and was seated in the 4 th row with a prebooked meal coupon. But sad to say that the flight attendants were so unprofessional that they could reach our row only at 12.45pm. And when i requested for chicken junglee sandwich i was told that it was not available as it had gotten over.. Nor did i get the choice of my beverage.. Paperboat anar/lime. Finally they served me veg sandwich which was horrible.. The attendant who was moving from the 11th row to the 4th row managed to reach our row by 12.45pm to inform that all the food of our choice was over. The callous attitude was another issue.. The lady who was moving from 1st row ms amrita was so slow but later apologised but was too late. It seemed as if i was creating a ruckus. I am generally a very calm person. But i expect reciprocation from the crew who can make air travel a pleasant experience.. Here i feel indigo has conned me by making me book meals in advance. Overall indigo shouldn't have made my flight experience so horrifying.
Also add : flight was delayed by 45 minutes. Didn't get clearance for landing... Later when luggage was collected we found one of my suit cases completely wet.. Went and complained to indigo customer service.. There the person took photos to prove it... Again when we made complains about the experience inside the flight., he said he was sorry and would get us food, sandwiches.. Even we were not lucky here. No food came. Waited and left.. Now what to say about your indigo service? This is how you give us' sugat yatra'.. Never experienced such 'asuvidha'😏 Was this information helpful? |
