i want to make an complaint against your supervisior or manager whaterver as his name was ARUN in bengaluru international airport in check in counter.
yesterday i was travelling to ranchi from bengaluru @ 12.pm. was the departure and prior 45 mins you have to reach before but i was late just 10 mins due to heavy traffic, as soon as i reached the indigo counter for my boarding pass he did not issue my boarding pass as just i was late for 10 mins n he started arguing with me as i requested him politely that its an medical emergency and i have to reach ranchi at anh cost on 23rd of october but that guy started arguing and saying me that not possible and he argued with me for 15 mins as the time crossed and i had to leave my flight for ranchi.
Its just a small request to u people that strict action should be taken against him and seriousy indigo people should co-operte for this much.
and one more thing, till the date indigo is the worst flight i have ever been and whatever your policy or rules, screw that rule n should start co operating with your customers otherwise it's a waste of running an airline business.
