I tried to book an air ticket from Imphal to Delhi on 1st April, 2015 by using Net Banking o[censored]nion bank around 4.00 pm. However an amt of Rs.3, 769 has been deducted from my account but before confirmation arrived it was failed due to some technical error. Immediately I contact Indigo representative ([protected]) and they told me that the deducted amount would be refund to my act. within 4-5 working days. Unfortunately till today the said amt is not refund to my acct.
After that I made called to customer care many times and unfortunately each representative told me that the deducted amt will get within 24 to 48 hrs. After repeatedly complaint on 20th April they send me confirmation ticket which I am not required it right now.
So, the competent authority should take necessary action for getting my deducted amt. at the earliest please.
