I had a connecting flight from Bangalore to guwhati via Mumbai...which is usual for most of the flights travelling to guwhati. As this is just another 2 stop journey for me..I requested the lady in the security check in to transfer my luggage directly to guwhati which I usually do...and asked for both the boarding passes as both were indigo flights... but to my utter surprise the lady responded with a straight refusal to which I was taken aback... I was more surprised when I kept on asking the reason being the inability... but was unable to find a valid or even aareply as a matter of fact ..is it just a routine indigo behavior or just a bad day...or is it a lack of knowledge transfer to the fellow staffs?
