I had suffered in the airport by not getting any exchange opened and for additional luggage by international vandhe bharat air india flight from frankfurt to mumbai and then by indigo from mumbai to madurai.
Whatever vandhe bharat luggage approved by air india, indigo put as extra luggage other than their disclaimer fraud.
And they kept asking 8000rs etc for the weight in rupees. I had in euro and no exchange counter because of corona. They kept telling they get my euro and pay by their rupees debit card.
Then in the last minute they overloaded passangers in flight and cancelled my ticket and collected 3500rs.
I suffered peakly by 3 days ground travel and got more pains by this inconvenience.
I am asking indigo to give me 50000rs
For the corona risk which they gave for travelling from mumbai to tirunelveli.
They are cheating against their terms marked in i ternary in vandhe bharat.
They are doing injustice by frauding they give rupees on their debit and get euros cash.
Then in the last minute cancelling and cheating public and charging 3500rs.
This they done on me.
For the long journey and the discomfort and pain caused, i ask 50000rs as compensation.
