Travelled in flight 6e-528 from new delhi to lucknow on 13th february 2018 with pnr eg86pa. Airline destroyed my checked-in bag to the point of making it useless. The luggage was unfit to be loaded in the conveyor belt, and was dumped in one corner of lucknow airport without anyone bothering to even inform me. As it was the last flight arriving in lucknow airport the airport did not have any indigo or aai staff available to make a complaint, which is very convenient as per the airline's damage claim policy.
The flight was already delayed and i was forced to return home.
Raised a complaint with indigo feedback, both on the website and through e-mail (Crn[protected]h4w0t6 and crn[protected]f4t3t8). I received one generic reply from mr. Manish kumar tiwari (Customer relations) who had very obviously not even read the contents of my feedback. All this despite me being an indigo frequent flier.
I want complete compensation for my damaged property and a proper apology for this horrible treatment of customers. Was this information helpful? |
