I, dr angshu banerjee, purchased an online indigo flight ticket (From indigo website) on 1st may 2017. The ticket was to and fro (Return journey) from delhi to kolkata on 10th june 2017 and kolkata to delhi on 18th june 2017.
Pnr no of the ticket was n571 ub flight no : 6e 307 from at 17-50 hrs delhi to kolkata and 6e 854
From kolkata to delhi at 8- 50 hrs.
The price was debited from my icici kolkata bank account amounting rs 9671on 1st may 2017.
Surprisingly, the same amount of money is again deducted from same account on 21st july by indigo.
I contacted indigo customer care (Ph no [protected]) on 21sst july at 15- 20 hrs. There it was told that some officer would call me within 24 hrs. But till now i have received no call from the company.
This is a total unethical practice and i request the authority to immediately solve the matter and credit the amount in my account.
