My father is a regular traveller and usually travels with indigo airlines but never had such a bad experience. The delay in the fight due to bad weather condition can't be ignored but the response, support and feedback from indigo staff at the airport was not at all accepatable. Such untrained staff and they don't even know how to respond or react in such situations or how to make your customers feel comfortable or satisfied. And the refreshments provided were not up to the mark. It was just not acceptable at all. I will not travel and neither i will recommend anyone to travel with such airlines in future. Please look into this matter very seriously. As airlines leaves their customers in case they are late but their should be done something if the same happens in case of airlines.
