I have a total grievance towards Indigo after this incident happened with me on 14th Jan 2017. I had my flight 6E 897 which was scheduled from Mangalore to Bangalore at 7.50 AM and from there i was supposed to travel to Sydney by 11.10AM Jet airways flight which was well planned .But that day Indigo delayed their flight by 3 hours and 10 mins And meanwhile we even contacted Indigo help desk in airport and they promised that all flights are delayed in Bangalore due to climatic condition so you will have no problem to catch your next international flight(But actual fact is that Indigo had sent a flight at around 10AM to hyderabad and the flight route was Mangalore to Hyderabad via Bangalore. i even requested if they could help me travel by that flight since i have my international flight at 11AM but they strictly denied). Also guaranteed to provide speed baggage delivery but on reaching bangalore it was 12PM and i was given no speed baggage facility and moreover due to delay i missed my international flight to Sydney. And now my concern is if it was informed in beginning itself then at least i would have cancelled my international flight or rescheduled my flight. I missed my flight and also lost my 52k ticket amount of my international flight due. I need my refund now . Was this information helpful? |
