Booked flight from Hyderabad to Chennai 930 PM flight. I had reached the airport by 8:50. The check in counter staff had denied my boarding into flight saying i was late by 7 min and stated extar paperwork as reason they cannot board me into the flight . This kind of a silly reason and just asking a passenger to get out because he was late by 5 min and they cannot do their paper work is ridiculous. I have traveled in so many flights in and outside India and this is the worst experience we have ever had.
