I must say - you guys are horrible... Indigo airlines sucks!!!... All you people are heartless & useless... Bloody hell.. Never in my life i will ever choose your airlines again. I had a flight with you guys on 12th march which was my husbands birthday. At 2:45pm indigo 6e-712 departing from goa to mumbai..& i according to the reporting time reached just 5mins late (2:05 pm) at the indigo counter at goa airport after getting the luggage bags scanned and everything.. But these guy named justin i believe he didn’t allow me to board the flight... Because i was late by 5mins… (Justin) the manager was so so rude... That he was all blaming me that i should have come on time, i was trying to make him explain that we got stuck in the traffic as it was the goa election time & there were rally’s everywhere & traffic in few of the area’s where we left from (Panaji)…but still he was stubborn & he didn’t understand. I also had a 2yr old baby along with me but still he didn’t consider my situation & straight asked me to move away & said don’t waste the time.
I think being a human being in this situation he should have considered my situation. But because of him i was left with no option & finally my flight was gone. & i was left with getting the flight rescheduled. The option which was given by indigo was i have to pay more 36000/- for all 3 o[censored]s to board the next flight at 5.00 pm…but hell why will i pay more 36000/- for to be arranged on the next flight, when i had just paid approx 2300/- per head for the same ticket. Don’t you guys have a heart or don’t you have any customer service skills to understand a person & to understand the local situation which can make a person late. How horrible you guys can be. I was literally shocked when i was told that i will have to pay this huge amount. Was this information helpful? |
