Me anjali krishna today morning flight bangalore to thiruvananthapuram @ 5.30 flight no 6e873, i was at 4.30 for my check in and there was a big q ...When i showed my ticket they said gate is closed by time 4.40 ...Noaannouncement or no staff was there by just 1 minutes you denied my check in. I had to book a new ticket for 16k witch i did not go and i did not get any refund is that justified? during holiday season i expected you to be a little more considerate. But no, you money minded people cared about money. I want a full refund of my flight ticket!! the girl at the booking counter was rude. Pnr gcdgwt
