[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Did not get any refund it's been 7months

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have booked a flight journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai journey dated 05/05/2020 for indigo flight number 6E -235, PNR :LFHJ7F as flight cancelled due to covid reason from your side.

I did not get any refund till now it's been 7months when iam trying to redeem it from credit shell I am not able to pickup that in payment mode. I have sent a several mails regarding this to indigo customer care but there is no reply from your side.As I need refund of my amount at the earliest.

Kindly look into the issue and refund my amount back at the earliest
