[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Did not get any refund it's been 7months

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have booked a flight journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai journey dated 05/05/2020 for indigo flight number 6E -235, PNR :LFHJ7F as flight cancelled due to covid reason from your side.

I did not get any refund till now it's been 7months when iam trying to redeem it from credit shell I am not able to pickup that in payment mode. I have sent a several mails regarding this to indigo customer care but there is no reply from your side.As I need refund of my amount at the earliest.

Kindly look into the issue and refund my amount back at the earliest

IndiGo Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that a full refund has already been processed from our end on 23rd September to the virtual id of the travel agency. Please get in touch with the concerned travel agency for the further refund.
