[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — did not give clear information and no calls response

I traveled with indigo on 2nd August 2018 BOM to JAI.My IndiGo PNR is ZBKJSV- 6E 504 02Aug BOMJAI 1705/19056E 394 .
I am armed Force personality.i want my travel certificate.Regarding this i talked to your coustmer care he said he will call me back.
But it’s more than 24 I didn’t get any call.and no one is responding my call.
Please pardon on my request .

Now, you may opt for Travel Certificate which is INR 200 per passenger per sector by clicking on this link https://bit.ly/11v2V9b.
