Indigo Airlines — Dint allowed to board a flight because of your staff delay

This is Dharmesh gala, regular traveller of your airlines. Today I had a flight from Hyderabad at 5.40 am, I reached airport before time but because your staff delayed to issue boarding pass, I reached at checking point 40 minutes prior. The guy at that point named- Mohammad Anisur dint allowed me to go in stating we have to come 45 mins prior. Due to your staffs mistakes I have to miss my flight. Now who is responsible for my loss Below is my trip details: Trip ID: [protected] 26 Jun 15, 05:40 IndiGo, 319 PNR: QG55KR Many times your airlines is delayed and then we have to wait there, can't you people allow people to go in who are missing there flight because of your staffs mistake.
