We have booked 4 tickets from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad on flight no. 372 with PNR L5C9SF Which was scheduled for departure at 6:05am. It was raining heavily and long queue at all the counters. Though we reached the counter by 5:15 we were denied check in and no consideration even after repeated requests.
I have to reschedule my flight again via Bombay which incurred extra 25000 rs and loss of valuable time which made us very upset causing mental agony.
As a routine traveller we adjust with your flight delays and other inconveniences but you did not even consider natural hurdles like rain etc and creating unnecesaary anxiety to travellers
In such events No amount of Monetary compensation can passing the agonized passengers
I suggest you to discuss about such events in your day to day meetings and train your staff to develop humanitarian view putting yourself in such situations Was this information helpful? |
