I got My flight ticket reference no. MG9MTX from Pune to Dimapur on 6th Dec 2016 ID.[protected] which was booked on 19/10/2016 for RS. 7614/- However, I am regretted to inform you that double deduction has been made from my SBI A/C for the same ticket(Rs. 7614x2)

I was not alllowed to enter the flight prior 45 minutes to its departure. I was forced to take next flight at a 3 times higher cost of the original. This is very disappointing and shocking for me. Kindly look into this matter.
