Sir/madam,
Today my wife and my two had flight (Pnr bczg3t) from vns to hyd from indigo flight at 18.50 from vns and all of them entered into airport before time but due to some technical error their system not function specially luggage ramp over 15 minute after that they said they cannot issue boarding pass for same flight also will not refund or reschedule your journey. I have lost rs 8000 because of their fault. Please raise the issue with higher authority of indigo flight.
I have all the proof which can produce to company if they demand.
