Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked a flight from Bangalore to Delhi on 19th Aug 2015 around 1.20 am for 22nd Aug 2015 bearing reference number KY89UG.
After the payment was accepted, the departure date turned out to be 19/sept/2015 and the date of booking is written 18th august 15 19:51:23.
What a terrible mistake from your end? today i went to the airport and i was sent back. Indigo counter staff- Chitra at bangalore airport was so rude. when i asked her to escalate, she told she is the senior manager there and rather gave me the customer service no to speak and escalate. since i need to take the flight today, i spoke to 5 customer service executives and the resolution provided was unsatisfactory. last executive told me drop this mail.
everyone told your flight is already gone... ie 19 aug but on the ticket it is 19 sept which is not yet come. Its not only the system which is creating huge mistake, even the executives too. Later on i have to cancel the ticket. you can listen to the calls.I spent Rs 100 speaking only to the customer executives.
kindly credit full amount i.e... Rs 4236 from where it was debitted and Rs 5000 for the inconvinience caused to me ie.. your system error on the departure and the booking date. and your executives telling 19th sept is already gone and at the airport counter too. So credit total Rs 9236 in the same account.
They are looking for rooms to earn money apart from the tickets.
I am attaching the screen shot... just look at the date and time.
