This is a complaint for the website. I had booked a flight for 26th Feb from Patna to Delhi, when it came to the point of paying for the flights I was promoted with an unauthorised transaction check from my bank, this happened 3 times. On the third time i changed payment card and tried again, this worked successfully. but when i got the Itinerary the date is for the 26th March. I am 110% confident i had not selected this date as i was making multiple bookings on different websites i was very certain that i had the correct dates/times/passenger names.
As i spoke to the customer service agent and supervisor yesterday, 09/02/2017 at 10PM GMT they were very adimant that there was nothing wrong with the website, they hadnt even checked with the IT team, this is very unprofessional and unhelpful. I went onto rebooking a flight on your website again as i am going to dispute this charge and i faced an error!!! I have this screenshotted, so there is definitely something wrong with the site.
I would like a full refund for this booking as i have not made this error on my side and i have now rebooked my flights. I look forward to hearing your response, or a call from a senior manager.
