I was travelling on flight number 6e 711 on 25th april 2018 from mumbai to goa. I had an excess baggage of 8 kgs for which i had to pay 2400. However the amount of rs 2400 has been debited twice from my hdfc account and after repeated calls and mails sent to the call centre, i have not received any positive revert.
