1. On 26-1-18, following tickets were booked through make my trip A) 6e 606 / 15-2-18 delhi to chennai B) 6e 487 b17-2-18 chennai to delhi 2. Pnr no was ngfusq & amount paid was ₹7222 3. On 2-3-18, above tickets were cancelled. 4. Amount refunded by make my trip was ₹407 only, though indigo informed that amount refunded was about ₹1000 Unable to understand why does indigo charge such exorbitant (85%) amount for cancellation done 14 days in advance?
