Indigo Airlines — Extra amount deducted on cancellation.

I have booked a return ticket for Mum-Delhi-Mumbai on 9th October 2015 a cancelled on 19Oct 2015. as per their rules I expected rs 3000/ deduction, but they have deducted Rs 700 extra on two diff heads, this is too much deduction. I lost almost half the money though I cancelled it well in time. why so much deduction?????? please help leela singh
