Indigo Airlines — extra charges collect for baggage

Dear sir/madam
My indigo flight 6e 679 from dehradun to delhi traveling date 25th aug’2017 time 12.40 booked through www.indigo.co.in with 6e student option for my daughter miss aditi rawat. The details of ticket as follows

During her check in airport at dehradun, she have carried 19 kg weight in baggage but indigo counter staff collected rs. 1500/- from her. As per policy of airlines upto 25 kgs baggage carried by student is allowed.
I am deeply aggrieved for this over charging beyond justification. I request you to look into the matter and redress my said grievance at earliest.
