Indigo Airlines — Extraordinarily Horrible service support and call handling system

This is regard to your PNR M6IFRP booking which i had made through a travel company. In all my travel stints with Indigo and other airlines, we get a clear message from the airline about the travel schedule a day before. In this case this was not received. In addition, due to other pre-occupation, i missed the itinerary and hence could not take today's morning flight.
I had been desperately seeking to speak to your team through the day. In one of the calls i was put on hold for around 90 minutes (1 1/2 hour) and other call a while back i was put on hold for more than 22 minutes. This is actually painful and disgusting.
It is requested that a thorough investigation of the SMS failure and also the lackadaisical approach of your help desk team which has resulted in an extremely frustrating experience. Further i would seek accountability on the failure and the consequential losses.
