My mother traveled today by6e3175 which was badly delayed causing inconvenience&panic. Inspite of making it to the boarding gate at delhi20mins prior to take off to board 6e937.. Indigo staf[censored]mmev farook (Badge no.9893) instead of helping very rudely didn't allow her to board the flight&forcibly told her to cancel her flight&book for next day's flight Was this information helpful?
