Indigo Airlines — Failed Transaction And Refund of Money

I had booked ticket from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad. I did the payment from net backing and the money was debited. But then it showed some error. Now when I login to my Indigo Airlines Account I find my booking was not successful although the payment was. I want my entire money to be refunded.
