I Syed Ali booked a round trip flight ticket from Dehradun to Mumbai. Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account for that I received the confirmation message from my Bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my account my transaction id. 6db39598a[protected]. Amount 17, 377/- on 30.11.16. After the payment was made, the system filed to generate the itenary I have not received any reply from them. For the privileged customer, Indigo is not informing the status of the money. When will I get back the money.

I tried to book a ticket for chennai to srinagar on 9th this month on Indigo website. I did the payment through debit card transaction. I got my money deducted and the booking didnt go through. And I booked a ticket again and paid for it again. But the first amount hasnt been refunded to my account yet. Below are the details.

I book the journey from Delhi to Bhubaneswar and back and tha cash transaction is successful and cash deducted from my acct but but booking not for the journey and a mail came from indigo site mentioning that the payment reversal done by 3 days but today is the 4 th day of booking but refund not done so plz solve it quickly my transaction I'd is- a38c95539f[protected]

I have booked ticket on 24.10.21.from kuwait to chennai.First two time I tried for the payment.Everytime I entered OTP it shown error.After that I tried third time I got confirmation. My transaction was failed two times.But amount was detected for me three times. What should I do?
