This is to regret that i had travelled today from ccu to ixa with pnr no. Bcsygt whereas i had done fast forward checkin with transaction id[protected] but no fast forward tag was enclosed which in turn has delayed me in collecting the baggage. I highly appreciate your service which is praise worthy but such mistake from your end is not appreciated. Kindly inquire the matter. I have the snaps of the tags when i had arrived at agartala airport.
