My boarding in flight no : 6E616 from Delhi to Chennai and 6E228 from Chennai to cok was on 27.2.17. The PNR no is D76QUV . The departure time was at 17.35 hrs from Delhi . We reached the Indigo counter at 17.00 hrs. We were coming from Haridwar to delhi and somehow managed to reached the airport. But the lady in the counter could have accepted our request and we could have travelled in the flight as there was no luggage . This is very unfortunate that, being frequent travellers, you are not bothered the emergency of a customer/traveller. we we physically present there at 17.00 hrs and iam not finding any reason to stop us from travelling as informed to us that we are too late. The staff who were on duty on 27.2.17 at 17.00 hrs in D1 counter was were very rude. She told her name ISHA and there is nothing in this world called humanity . She told to board another flight for which We had to pay approx 15000 INR . They were not humble, and somehow they wanted to make money from the customers, where there is a possibility to help during emergency . I was an anxiety patient and had to be in Cochin before 12.00 to take the exhausted medicine. I showed the documents to her, but she was no where concerned. I will take it to consumer court for your Indigo staff for being rude and for not helping in emergencies.
