Below mail Sent to Indigo on 06th Jan 2021 ======================= This mail is regarding my tickets I booked with your Airlines for a planned journey from Goa to Delhi. Unfortunately my daughter and myself have been detected Corona positive and due to this all of my family has been quarantined. So we are unable to undertake the planned journey. I hereby request you to kindly cancel my tickets and refund full amount, considering the special covid-19 pandemic situation. The details of my tickets and journey are as follows: Flight Detail IndiGo(6E - 2042) Date : 12th Jan 2021 Goa – Delhi PNR : OQTB3R Passenger Detail 1. Mr Pradeep Sachdeva 2. Mrs. Yukti Sachdeva 3. Net Payable amount for this booking was Rs.32085.00. I had requested for Full Refund, but refund amount Indigo mentioned below is only Rs.12000/-, Attached doctor report and proof of relationship. Verified Support Jan 10, 2021 IndiGo Customer Care's response Sir, We are sad to hear this and wish you and your family a speedy recovery. As checked, our customer relations has processed the full refund on 08th Jan and the amount will be credited in 3 weeks. Please contact the concerned travel agency accordingly for further assistance.
