Indigo Airlines — flight check in delayed & indigo allowed another passenger to check in

Indigo flight no.6e-202, pnq-nag dtd:31st july. I came for check in at 5.24 pm flight time was 6pm. I got late due to traffic jam at pune university chowk & near yerawada. First the indigo person pretend to talk to senior to allow me for check in if possible at the same time i met 2 passenger had similar issue from nagpur morning flight & they said now they are catching evening flight. He checked in in front of my eyes these 2 passengers as if he was literally waiting for a passenger to come late & he will allow these persons. If check in gets closed before 45 min of flight time, how can you allow other passengers. Rule has to be same for all. You can check close circuit tv at pune airport. I had lost my important meeting. I want refund & compensation.
