[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Flight delayed and missed connecting flight

My flight, 6E-549 on the Friday 5th December scheduled to take off at 19:55 hrs, reach Chennai at 21:45 hrs was delayed by around 2.5hrs and reached Chennai at 00:15. My boarding for my connecting flight to Trichy IX-682 had its cut-off time for boarding as 00:30. I essentially had 15 mins to collect my luggage and run from the domestic terminal to the international terminal to catch my connecting flight. And needless to say that I couldn't make in before the boarding closed, and I was stranded in an airport at an odd hour in a city that was not my home. I hence request for remedial measures.
